What Each Level Means

Our awards are segmented to highlight varying degrees of excellence in supplier performance. These levels represent the commitment to precision and accountability that enables manufacturers to meet their goals and deliver value to their customers.

NOTE: All suppliers are required to have managed at least 100 Purchase Order Lines using Leverage AI via at least one of their customers during the prior calendar year to qualify.

How We Measure Supplier Excellence

At the heart of the Supplier Performance Awards is the On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) metric—a gold standard for supplier reliability and performance. Supplier OTIF is calculated using the following approach:

• Suppliers commit to a promise date when acknowledging a Purchase Order (PO) in Leverage AI.
• Performance is assessed against the actual date and quantity delivered.
• Standards follow incoterms (or similar delivery agreements) for consistency and transparency.

This consistent approach ensures that every award is a reflection of genuine operational excellence.
